As the date for the commemoration of the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ draws near, Favour Uzo drops a new single titled “The Cross” - a reminder of why Christ came, died and resurrected.

“One of the days in Febuary 2021, I was in my choir retreat and Holy Spirit started talking to me about The Cross and what Jesus did, I cried uncontrollably. I began to understand what Jesus really did for us at the cross.

I thought it was over until the upper week precisely on a Tuesday; I was spending time with the holy spirit and worshiping. Then this song about the cross started coming out of my mouth, immediately I knew a new song had been released to me”. - Favour shares the inspiration behind “The Cross”
