Towards the end of the month of March/beginning of April this year (2019), I and my team – Yarb Tribe kicked off a mini tour – The Yarb Tour with Kelar Thrillz. We started with the Church Edition which went on for over 5 weeks and we jammed at about 10 Churches and Youth Churches around Lagos.
The vision is to influence our generation positively by taking the good news to the street, via mainstream media, using indigenous rap and living a model lifestyle – so we started planning the Street Edition of same tour. Long story short, we couldn’t raise funds for the movement but Glory to God in all things.

I decided to channel same energy into a song that carries same message and energy and that’s how I got the inspiration to write CONNECT.
