Marisa Okwor-Fadipe is a Nigerian singer/songwriter, vocalist and worship leader. A graduate of Accounting at the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, she has worked in a number of organizations as an Auditor and consultant.
Marisa’s penchant and passion for singing started at an early age as she played an active role in youth choirs and later in adult choirs. Her music is influenced by the works of Cece Winans, Darlene Zschech, Hillsong worship, Kim Walker, Sinach, Tasha Cobbs-Leonard and a host of other notable artistes.
‘Great and Mighty’ is her debut single which is released independently off her forthcoming album. The single is a powerful ballad extolling the awesome virtues of God and His awesome presence in our lives.
The song which was inspired during a season of testing for the growing songwriter, seeks to inspire listeners to worship God with renewed passion and insight into who He is and strengthen their faith in Him as he works behind the scenes in their favor.
Marisa currently resides in Lagos, Nigeria and serves as one of the pastors at Global Impact Church, Lagos.
